Experience that helps you put AI to work.
Tomorrow Platforms brings together practical AI and data work, organisational leadership and research into how people adopt new technology. We help you find useful opportunities, build systems around your work and support your team as they learn to use them.
Based in Leeds, working across the UK.

Meet Dave Roberts.
Founder, Tomorrow Platforms
You work directly with Dave. He can help you understand an opportunity, build and test a useful system, and support your team through implementation. The scope is agreed with you at each stage.
Helping people put change into practice.
During his career in education, Dave led organisational improvement, developed staff capability and worked with people across different roles to put new systems and ways of working into practice. His work included introducing AI and wider technology, helping colleagues build confidence and supporting changes as they became part of everyday work.
As a headteacher, he led improvement alongside staff and Trust colleagues, with the school rated Good across every judgement area in its June 2024 Ofsted inspection.
He brings that experience to projects with frontline teams, managers and senior executives, combining evidence, practical delivery and the support people need to adopt change.
Building systems and helping teams use them.
Dave is co-founder, AI Systems Architect and Head of Research at Ortelias, a business that uses data to help people identify and assess development-land opportunities. He has built the platform’s underlying systems and user-facing tools, co-built its app, and led research that turns scattered information into useful evidence for decisions.
Our experience also includes building and handing over a national database for a nature-discovery app, with workshops to help the client’s team develop the skills and confidence to manage it themselves.
Understanding how AI changes work.
Dave’s doctoral research at Leeds University Business School examines how organisations adopt generative AI and how it changes people’s work. It explores how tasks and responsibilities shift, what happens to skills and judgement, and how people experience those changes.
This informs the questions we ask in a project: where could AI help, what needs human judgement, who checks the results and what will your team need to learn?
