Start with a Discovery Day.
Choose a Process day to understand where your team's time goes, or a Data day to find out what your information could answer.
£1,000 per Discovery Day. One day, on site or remote. No VAT is added. Travel costs are agreed in advance. We recommend starting with one day and agree any additional time and cost before proceeding. Your plan follows within five working days, with a separately priced proposal for any build.

Where your team's time goes, and what to automate first.

- You get a ranked list: what to automate, what to fix by hand and what to leave alone.
Data Discovery Day
What your data holds, and what it could do if it were joined up.
- We map where your business keeps information.
- We check how complete and reliable each source is.
- We show which public data would add to it, and what the two together could answer.

- Priorities, including what to improve and what to leave alone.
- Expected benefits, estimated costs and how we would measure success.
- A separately priced proposal for anything you want us to build.

Already have a clear brief? We can discuss a build or research project directly.
Who owns what.
Your data remains yours. Once paid in full, you own the agreed work created specifically for your business.
We retain ownership of our reusable tools and components. Where these form part of your system, your build price includes a continuing licence to use, maintain and adapt them for the agreed purpose, including through another supplier. Ending optional support does not end that licence.
We agree ownership, handover and any separate software, hosting or subscription costs before work starts.
