Who is responsible
Tomorrow Platforms Ltd is the controller for the personal information described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16985524, at 21 Farrar Lane, Leeds, LS16 6AD. For questions or to exercise your rights, email hello@tomorrowplatforms.com or write to that address.
Your enquiry
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, message and preferred contact method. Your organisation is optional; a phone number is needed only if you request a phone call. We use these details and any service or case you select to respond and discuss your needs. You can also email us directly; email links open your own email application. Please share only what is needed to start a conversation and avoid confidential client or project material.
Arranging a conversation
You can email us to arrange a call, or, where this website offers it, choose a time through our Google Calendar booking page. Booking shares your name and email address with Google so it can create the meeting invitation. Calls take place on Google Meet unless we agree otherwise.
We transcribe calls using Google Meet's transcription so we have an accurate record of what was discussed. The meeting invitation says so, and you can ask us not to transcribe at the start of the call or at any point during it. Transcripts are stored in our Google Workspace and kept only as long as described below. We rely on our legitimate interests in keeping an accurate record of what was agreed.
Why we use your information
Our legitimate interests are answering enquiries, arranging conversations, managing business relationships, and keeping this website secure and working. Short-lived submission references and security checks help prevent duplicate or abusive submissions; the form does not add you to a mailing list. We use the information reasonably needed for those purposes. If you personally enter into a contract with us, or ask us to take steps towards one, we also use information as necessary for that contract. We retain accounting and other records where the law requires us to do so.
Providing information is voluntary, but we need a way to reply and enough detail to understand your enquiry. We do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects. Where we handle personal data solely on a client's instructions, the client's privacy notice and our agreement with them govern that work.
Website services
This site has no advertising scripts or added analytics trackers. Fonts and images are served with the site. The public website does not set a login cookie. OpenAI's Sites hosting service processes technical information, such as IP addresses, browser and device information and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.
The hosting infrastructure uses Cloudflare's essential security cookie, __cf_bm, to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated threats. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and is not used for advertising. See Cloudflare's cookie information for its purpose and handling, including possible processing in the US.
Service providers and overseas processing
We use Google Workspace for business email, including an Apps Script mailer that forwards website enquiries to our business inbox, and related administration, and OpenAI Sites, which runs on Cloudflare infrastructure, to host this website. These providers and their subprocessors handle information needed to provide their services. We may also share relevant records with professional advisers or authorities where necessary for accounting, legal obligations or establishing or defending legal claims. We do not sell your information.
Google and OpenAI operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the UK. Google's transfer arrangements include the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for covered US transfers and contractual safeguards where applicable. OpenAI's Sites data-processing terms include standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum for relevant UK transfers. You can read Google's data-processing terms, Google's transfer arrangements and the OpenAI Sites data-processing terms. Contact us for more information about the safeguards that apply to your information.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and meeting correspondence, and any call transcripts, while needed to answer you, arrange the conversation and manage any resulting business relationship. We consider whether the matter is closed, whether further contact is reasonably expected, and any accounting, legal or dispute requirements when deciding what to retain. Information no longer needed is deleted. Technical hosting records are retained by our provider as needed to operate and secure the service under its data-processing terms.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or receive a portable copy. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in data-protection law. Contact us using the details above.
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. You can object to direct marketing at any time.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data-protection regulator. We would welcome the opportunity to address your concern first, but you do not have to contact us before approaching the ICO.
